| Hello all, me and a friend of mine have just become newbee's at this and would like some advice of anyone on mine exploring... we casually went up to bryntail mines one day and loved it so we went to dylife mines for an explore.. we got permission of the farmer who owns the land and set off. with the promise of not exploring.. obviously we did (ive read all about the danger, false floors etc) and found 5 diffrent adits all over the hills.. due to knowing our limitations as unexperianced explorers we didnt go to far in just basically mapped out where they are for future referance.. my question is does anyone no of any clubs or guides that we can learn all the safety from. or if there is any local meetings around mid-wales that we can come to as we come from Newtown. thanks very much for any replys jase  (also there are some intrestind ruins at the van near llanidloes) |
