Which entrance?

If the adit you entered is the one in Priests Cove behind the boat house, its not Cape Cornwall mine, its St Just United. I put the bolts in for traverse about 1997. Going in at priests Cove you traverse the stope, crawl through a collapse from a shaft on the golf course, and come to an easy pitch of 30 feet originally rigged by me in the 1990s up to an adit driven from Porth Ledden in 1910. This is the through route. I was in a couple of years ago with Dave Seabourne (WMS/ Talybont Project) and there was a fall blocking this route. There is another entrance in Port Ledden through a steel "gate", wet and ends in a climb up to the Porth Ledden workings. Cape Cornwall mine is seperate and the adit is quite a climb, and has been bricked up for years. Unless the mice have nibbled!

where's the circular route?!

This trip was a while ago but since I have heard that apparently you can do a circular route somewhere in Cape Cornwall....?! but i think it involves going beyond where we got to (underneath lots of hung up stuff).. where does circular route come out to? There is another adit which has a small shaft going to top of cliff, didn't go in in there and seem to remember another one possibly which had a single timber over the flooded stope below....ropey, is it worth it?!
