Catherine and Jane

Deep adit is fully explorable, see David Bicks lastest edition of "Old Copper Mines". Before being partially drained I was up to my chin in ochre and had to use my helmet as a battering ram to force my way through ochre stals in order to reach inner inner workings. Intersting in situ pump and stoping. Still very wet! RF
