Note: the shaft I described actually goes below the level of the main adit. it is of cource flooded, because the adit is only a few meters if not feet above the level of the estuary.

Description

This mine was worked using very similar principles to the Bummusha Bay Mine at storth. this mine is unusual! The adit is actually in sea wood cave. sea wood cave is a natural cave and the copper mine goes in from the cave's rear. The copper mine itself is in bad condition. I am told by my father-in-law that the mine is swampy, unpleasant, dangerous and that conditions are not helped by the farmer who owns the land on which the main shaft is situated, who dumps dead sheep down the shaft. The condition might be a little better now but the tar and gunk still stays.
