This might sound harsh but I feel strongly that accounts should not be given to those who do not give the impression they will use them in a responsible manner.
Your Email Address: Please note you must provide a proper email address just in case I need to get hold of you for whatever reason. When I give an email address to a website I'm always suspicious that I'm going to get endless rubbish that they think I want to read but rest assured I won't be doing the same to you. I've no intention of flogging you anything over email, nor will I pass on your address to anyone who wants to help improve your male appendage, move billions of pounds into your account that the governments of Africa have forgotten about or whatever these people dream up next. In fact - I won't give your address to anyone.
If you upload content then people will be able to send you an email about it if they wish. This is done via a web form and not as a direct email link so nobody (including spiders etc) can actually see your address unless you reply to them but that's your choice.
